Mental Fitness & Wellness Coach

You want to make a change: you've done the work,

you have the awareness.

So why do the same patterns keep showing up?

New insight changes things for a few days or weeks. Then the old patterns and reactions come back. That's not a willpower problem. That's a wiring problem.

Increasing your Mental Fitness changes everything.

Through this work, you can measurably shift how you respond to stress, conflict, and the moments that used to feel out of your control. Not because you finally understood yourself better, but because you trained a different part of your brain to respond.

What is Mental Fitness?

Recent research identified that there are only 10 universal mental patterns that generate every negative emotion you experience; the stress, anxiety, self-doubt, anger, avoidance, and frustration that quietly limit your performance, keep you stuck in conflict patterns within relationships and prevent you from feeling deep inner peace and happiness. These patterns live in the survival regions of your brain and were built to protect you, but staying in them costs you clarity, creativity, healthy relationships, performance and the ability to choose your best response.

Mental fitness is the trained ability to intercept these patterns in real time and activate the positive region of your brain: the part wired for empathy, creativity, and clear-headed action. The result? Being able to respond to any situation, including life's greatest challenges with a positive, clear, and focused mindset instead of being derailed by stress, negativity, or self-doubt.

This isn't insight work. It's neural rewiring.

The results are lasting because we're addressing the root, not the symptom.

Most approaches treat the symptom.
Mental Fitness training goes after the source.

This is a structured, evidence-based program that builds a durable, transferable skill: the ability to catch unproductive mental patterns in real time and intentionally shift into clearer, more effective thinking in high-stakes meetings, under deadline pressure, in difficult conversations, and in day-to-day decision-making.

HOW IT WORKS

01

IDENTIFY

The free Saboteur Assessment takes less than 5 minutes and identifies the specific mental patterns running your reactions, relationships, and results. The accuracy tends to stop people mid-sentence.

02

UNDERSTAND

In a complimentary 45-minute discovery session, we unpack your results together. You'll walk away knowing exactly which patterns are limiting you and how they specifically show up in your life.

03

TRAIN

The 16-week Mental Fitness program includes 6 months of access to the PQ platform and 16 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions.

"Awareness alone doesn't change the pattern.

Real-time interruption does."

WHO IS THIS FOR

RELATIONSHIPS

This isn't couples therapy, it's something different.

Recurring conflict isn't about the argument, it's two sets of automatic patterns colliding. When one or both people shift their patterns, everything around them shifts too, including their own internal peace and happiness as well as the overall happiness of the relationship.

DRIVEN PROFESSIONALS

The last edge you haven't optimized: you've built the career, you perform under pressure. But the patterns driving your stress, your reactivity, and your internal noise are quietly costing you more than any strategy can fix.

LEADERS & TEAMS

Your team can only go as far as you can. Burnout, reactive leadership, and stalled development aren't talent problems, they're mental fitness problems. This work changes how you show up in every room you lead.

RELATIONSHIPS & MENTAL FITNESS

This isn't couples therapy.
It's something more precise.

Therapy explores the past. This work interrupts the present. Most recurring conflict in relationships isn't about the dishes, the schedule, or what was said last Tuesday. It's two people, each running automatic mental patterns built long before this relationship started, colliding at a subconscious level neither person fully understands.

You can't change their patterns. But yours are yours to shift. And when you do, the dynamic between you shifts too.

Whether you're working through conflict that keeps cycling back, the frustration of feeling chronically misunderstood and unheard, patterns of shutting down and avoiding, or the quiet distance that builds when one person is always performing and never fully present, mental fitness training gives you the tools to interrupt your half of the pattern in real time.

No couch. No blame. No diagnoses. Just a precise, research-backed framework for changing how you show up in the moments that matter most to the people who matter most.

1:1 WELLNESS COACHING

This is a personalized, high-level approach to your health, designed to help you move out of the cycle of overthinking and inconsistency. Together, we focus on the key inputs that drive results, so you can feel better in your body, trust your routine, and create lasting change.

CORPORATE WORKSHOPS & TEAM COACHING

Today’s professionals are showing up, delivering, and pushing at a high level, but many are doing it at the expense of their energy, focus, and long-term health. I partner with organizations to deliver practical, science-backed wellness workshops and team coaching that help employees feel better, think more clearly, and perform at a higher level, without adding more complexity to their day.

ABOUT

A client once asked me a question that stopped me in my tracks. She had been following my journey on social media for years before we started working together, and during one of our coaching sessions she asked: "Sarah, you've been through so much, how did you not only survive it, but somehow come out even stronger?"

Over the course of just a few years, my life looked nothing like I had planned. I endured multiple foot surgeries, developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), one of the top pain conditions known in medicine, fought a serious bone infection, and faced the possibility of losing my foot. At the same time, I was navigating life after divorce and another lay off from my specialty pharmaceutical sales career. Just as I began to recover and return to activity, I severely broke the same foot again, leading to another long recovery.

my client asked, "Sarah, you've been through so much, how did you not only survive it, but somehow come out even stronger?"

There was no playbook for that. I could fall into helplessness, or fight like hell. I chose the fight: changing my thoughts, chasing my purpose, finding the gift buried in the challenges. This fight led me to learning more about my own mental patterns that were keeping me stuck. The solution: strengthening my mental fitness through the Positive Intelligence program.

And it has become the most transformative platform I've ever found for building resilience, navigating adversity, strengthening relationships, and performing at your highest potential, even when life doesn't go according to plan.

The truth is, you don't have to be in the middle of a crisis for this work to change your life. Maybe your challenge isn't chronic pain. Maybe it's the constant stress that follows you home from work, the self-doubt that keeps you playing small, the recurring arguments in your relationship, the pressure to perform or the inner critic that never seems satisfied. Or the frustrating feeling that, despite your best intentions, you keep falling back into the same patterns.

Mental Fitness helps you break those patterns. Using the research-backed Positive Intelligence® framework and 1:1 coaching, you'll learn to recognize the automatic mental habits that create stress, conflict, and self-sabotage and replace them with habits that build calm, resilience, confidence, empathy, and wiser decision-making.

This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about becoming more fully yourself; the version of you that's no longer controlled by fear, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or your inner critic. Today, I combine my background in psychology, family counseling, corporate sales, health coaching, and Positive Intelligence® coaching to help individuals, couples, leaders, and teams build the mental fitness to thrive in work, in relationships, and in life. Life will always present challenges. The difference is whether your mind becomes your greatest obstacle...or your greatest advantage.

“I’ve never invested in myself like this before”

I am currently on week 3 of Mental Fitness coaching with her. It has improved my mental health and stress in so many ways. I am more self aware, calm, and have more emotional control in my life. Finding out what your saboteurs are is also life changing. I can’t wait to learn more about this in the upcoming weeks.

Sarah takes the time to listen, personalize her approach, and provide encouragement every step of the way. Her positivity, expertise, and genuine care make all the difference. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a dedicated and inspiring health coach or Mental Fitness coach. She has changed my life for the better! I am so thankful for her and can’t thank her enough!

“I’ve never invested in myself like this before”

What sets Sarah apart is her compassion and her true expertise from both a psychological and scientific standpoint. She doesn’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. She built a program uniquely around me: where I am right now and where I want to go. She also helped me to conceptualize and identify self sabotage in a way that makes total sense. She’s given me the framework to develop inner peace: something I’ve always longed for but had never been able to put into words or implement before.

I’ve never invested in myself like this, but it was so worth it.

"The impact of the course was immediate..."

Our Global Sales Leadership Team recently had the opportunity to participate in a Positive Intelligence course led by Sarah Lesker and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Sarah has a unique ability to command the room while creating an environment that is engaging, collaborative, and highly interactive. She is incredibly professional, quick on her feet, thoroughly prepared, and focused on ensuring every participant gains practical value from the session. What stood out most was Sarah's ability to help us understand our individual saboteurs, the internal voices and behaviors that can influence how we react to challenges stress in leadership situations. One of the most valuable takeaways was realizing that saboteurs are not inherently negative, they each have strengths and by understanding them and recognizing the triggers that activate them, we can become more effective leaders and communicators.

The impact of the course was immediate and it provided practical tools to help us have more productive conversations, better understanding of ourselves and others, and ultimately lead our teams more effectively. Sarah facilitated an incredible amount of participation and discussion throughout the session. Every person in the room was engaged, contributing insights, and learning from one another. Sarah's facilitation style made the experience both insightful and memorable. For any sales leaders looking to invest in the development of their leadership team, I highly recommend Sarah Lesker and her Positive Intelligence program. The lessons learned are immediately applicable and can have a lasting impact on team performance, communication, and leadership effectiveness.

"One of the best things I’ve done for myself”

I decided to work with Sarah after three back-to-back pregnancies, when I finally realized it was time to prioritize myself after giving so much to everyone else. Working with her has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself as a mom and as a woman. I came in thinking I was doing “fine” living mostly on coffee and whatever I could grab between chasing kids… but she gently (and hilariously) showed me that my body deserved so much more.

Heidi, Business Owner

"I have so much more confidence in myself"

Not only did she constantly give me tangible tools to figure out what was right for my own body specifically, she gave me insight on ways to mentally adapt to stressors and challenges I was experiencing in everyday life.

Sarah maintained a positive, encouraging attitude while working in a judgment free space with me. I have so much more confidence in myself because I have actual tangible tools that can help me in so many facets of life to continue to be successful!
